Running a truly transparent SACCO that reports to members and Government
SG2 – Savings & Investments Growth
Raising UGX 5 Billion in engineers' and associates' saving and investments by 2025
SG3 – Asset Growth
Growing the UIPE SACCO asset value by at least 5% annually effective July 2021
SG4 – Affordable Credit Access
Availing UGX 1.5 Billion for engineers and associates to borrow at interest rates lower than at least 5% of going money market rates for their projects by end of 2025
SG5 – Skilled Workforce Development
Developing a well-compensated and highly skilled employees to manage the UIPE SACCO
